The origin of the opillas, no I can tell you with certainty, because as you know the traditions that are passed from generation to generation, and spent many years in life, there are several versions. Since I have the use of reason, and I have 33 years, given away opillas godmothers to their godchildren, and godchildren are going to be blessed and then eaten with l @ s @ s friend the mountain, so generally tends to rise at San Marcial or Guadeloupe, although some may also be going to the beach.

My niece is my goddaughter, and every year I make the opilla home, and as Angie has proposed a contest with one of our best recipes , I put the opilla that I have prepared this year. The cake is always the same, because you love it, and it is very completely level, which comes in handy when decorating, if you do click here, you can find the recipe.

This year I have made some egg yolks with the Thermomix, and I think I found the recipe, although I have modified the normal icing sugar and I think that change has been perfect. I have yet to publish the recipe for this year, but if you want to see the last year click here í.

cookies that are the languages \u200b\u200bI have a cat that I have published recently, but with way round. To view click here .

All have a chick, and this year I have seen this so funny, so I went directly to purchase. They also carry eggs, dyed before, only cooked, you can do cook the eggs in water and you put red liquid dye (in my case), and after cooking, leave them in water overnight to be dyed well. Now also get chocolate eggs before you put just chocolate, but this year I have been asked any cooked, so they've gone 2 and 2. The number of eggs varies from year to year, but the truth is that I have a larger pan, so I have no space to put the 10 eggs that apply, but only few days remaining before they are 11.

also decorate with icing made with icing sugar and water.

HAPPY DAY OF SAN MARCOS And you will enjoy your OPILLAS!
