What Happens When A Rack And Pinion Breaks

CHORIZO WITH WIRE

Mira time is bloody, throws the whole week doing good, and Sunday is when you can enjoy sun rises raining and has all the earmarks of go on all day. But while it is raining, is a holiday, so we have to celebrate by preparing a dish that will match, as is the monkfish to San Sebastian.

I got this recipe from the blog of Maduixa, salsa in the kitchen. I encourage probeis it as it is delicious.

Ingredients:

- 2 anglerfish 1.5 kg each (one for two people)
- 1 large onion
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- chopped fresh parsley
- extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare:

* with baking tray with aluminum foil.
* Cut the onion into rings and put it in the tray that we have lined by a layer. We had a little oil on top.

* Now peeled, cleaned and cut into slices potatoes. We put up by another layer of the onion. We took another little olive oil and salted.

salted monkfish * clean and place it over the potatoes. I said to the fishmonger that separated me a little spine, but without removing it, then separate it better, but we still have the juice that gives the spine.
* We had a little oil on the rape, but be careful not to go, then have us not be oiled.

* We bring the preheated oven 180 º C for 25-30 minutes or so, until meat begins to separate from the spine.
* While doing the rape, we will prepare the sauce.
* Cover with extra virgin olive oil the bottom of the pan and brown them some sliced \u200b\u200bgarlic.
* As the garlic is browned, remove skillet from heat and add the vinegar. Mix well.
* Add the two kinds of paprika and stir well. Everything must be done outside the fire. Reserve until the monkfish is cooked.
* Chop the parsley, what I do when not much, the clean and hash big, I put in a beaker and with the help of scissors I cut, generally remain small enough pieces.
* Now that we have made monkfish, drain the broth from the pan to the frying pan. Put the pan into the fire and we link a little while heating the sauce. Finally add the parsley, the amount that we like.
* At the time of presentation, we put a bed in the bowl of onions and potatoes, and then a loin of monkfish for each over that bed. Finally, sauces, all with the sauce you've prepared.

And Ready to eat this delicious monkfish.
