As you can see in the picture I tried the chicken with mushrooms, that the truth was very rich and has a fair amount of both champis as chicken and chips are good. The sauce that it was very rich, thick as I usually like to me, but if you like a little thin the sauce, heat one adds a little water and go.
I have also tried the chicken with garlic and potatoes, but that's not the picture I can show you because I did not realize removing it (I hope you forgive me, lol). According to our opinión, estaba bueno, pero si tuviese menos especias mejor, pero es porque no somos muy amantes de las especias.
En esta Semana Santa, he tenido una cena imprevista con el frigo un poco vacio, y fui a la despensa y ví el Pollo a la Cazuela, que me faltaba por probar, así que ya estaba tardando. Lo calente y lo pusé en la mesa para picotear, nos gusto muy a tod@s la cantidad de tropiezos que tenía la salsita, pero no tenía tanta cantidad de pollo como las anteriores, no os penseis que no tenía, si pero note que tenía algo menos.
La verdad es que son muy recomendables tener en la despensa, ya que te pueden venir muy bien en cualquier imprevisto o cuando no te fancy or do not have time to cook, as happened to me at Easter.
