PIZZA IN TUNA AND SPONGE

In Blog Alicia's recipes, we propose a contest on pizza, so today I present a champis pizza and tuna, with the peculiarity that the batter is fluffy.


I encourage you to participate in the contest Alicia, have time until May 8.


Ingredients for the dough:

- 200g of flour (no need to be in force)
- 1 envelope yeast (16g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100ml water
- 3 tablespoons oil



How to prepare:

* Put in a bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well, we can do with your hands or a wooden spoon.
* Add the water and oil, kneading until a fine paste.
* No need to let it stand, extend it into a greased 26cm. diameter, previously greased with oil.
* It is ready to put the coverage, I have put the tomatoes first, then part of the grated cheese, tuna, and finally champis the other side of cheese.
* we put the preheated oven at 220 º C for about 20 minutes. If you like golden brown top, put a little grill, to get the ones you like toast.

- Fried tomato
- ; Grated (three special cheese pizza)
