TIRAMISU ...
need:
- 500 gr mascarpone cheese.
- 100 g sugar.
- 5 egg yolks.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
- 200 ml strong coffee.
- 50 ml Amaretto liqueur.
- Cocoa powder for dusting.
This prepares :
1 .- Pour the sugar into the glass and program 20 seconds, 5-7-9 progressive speed.
2 .- Place the butterfly in the blades and add egg yolks, cheese, sugar and vanilla. Program 30 seconds, speed 3. Reserve the cream in the fridge.
3 .- Prepare the coffee and mix with liquor.

TIPS:
