Use Coconut Oil Instead Of Butter

LASAGNA APPLE TART WITH THERMOMIX ... PEAR FLAN

Oddly enough, and I love his pasta, there was never prepared a lasagna ... was one of my recipes pending since I bought the machine, and I had not ever dared to do it. Some time ago I bought a plate of spinach lasagna, with thoughts of it, but so long ago that, when I took them, they were expired (2 boxes), and I had to shoot. A few days ago it finally came time to this recipe thermomix star ... I finally decided and prepared, and this time marked a before and after in my pasta recipes, since I found it so easy and it works, which often prepare by combining different fillings and used for experiments ingredintes different. And you can freeze it after the fact, and thus have a meal ready when you come to work or just do not feel like cooking.
The recipe ....
LASAGNA ...
Ingredients:
- 18 precooked lasagna noodles.
For the sauce:
- 50 grams of extra virgin olive oil.
- 130 grams of carrots.
- 130 gr onion.
- 180 grams of mushrooms.
- 50 g pepper (green, red or yellow).
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 500 g of crushed tomato.
For the rest:
- 500 gr minced pork.
- Salt, pepper and oregano (I have made him special species for pulp mill).
- 1 bay leaf.
To cover
- 800 gr of white sauce.
- cheese gratin.
For the bechamel:
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
- 50 g butter.
- 110 grams of flour.
- 800 grams of whole milk.
- Salt to taste.
- pepper to taste.
- Nutmeg to taste.
This prepares :
1 .- Put lasagna noodles in water and leave them to soak until time to assemble the lasagna.
2 .- With the glass clean and dry, check pieces of cheese and rállalo 5-7-9 in speed until well grated (to taste each). Remove and reserve for the final.
3 .- Put the glass all the sauce ingredients cut into pieces and crushed homogeneous 15 seconds at speed 5 (if you want larger pieces, do a little time and speed). Low debris remaining in the vessel walls with spatula and varoma program and speed 7 minutes 1.
4 .- After that, add the minced meat (move it either to be released), salt, spices and program 15 minutes, varoma, turn left and speed spoon.
5 .- If you see the sauce seems a little liquid, program 5 or 8 minutes at the same temperature and speed. Rectify the seasoning. Remove and reserve.
6 .- Next, in a long and deep source, is placing a layer of pasta sheets well drained from the top with prepared sauce. Back to put another layer of pasta sheets on top and repeat the same process every time you want to end up covering it with sheets of pasta.
7 .- Finally, and without washing the glass, make the bechamel : put in the glass the oil and butter and program 1 minute, 37 °, speed 2. Then add the flour and again set 2 minutes, 100 º, speed 1. Finish time, incorporates the remaining ingredients, mix 5 seconds at speed 7 and program 7 minutes, 100 º, speed 4.
8 .- Top with bechamel lasagna whole; sprinkled across the surface grated cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 º. Finally, broil until you have a nice golden color.
