THE VANILLA ...

When I first saw this flan in Thermomix official magazine, put it directly on slopes specifically noting that a lot was done with ease, and also the container was used varoma, barely use it, and I want to put more on. I have to tell you that is a very simple recipe, which even takes in the making, does not give you any work, since you can be doing other things at home while the custard is in the process and the result is true ... Let tempering vanilla milk for about 10 minutes. 2 .- When the temperature drops to 50 degrees, we remove the vanilla bean, add the sugar and eggs and mix for 10 seconds speed 3. 3 .- caramelize an aluminum mold of 1 liter. Pour the mixture into the mold, and carefully place the pears on top (float). 4 .- Cover the pan with a lid, put it in the container above the mold varoma and placed about 6 or 8 kitchen paper folded in half, to absorb the steam. Cover the varoma and check the water glass. 5 .- varoma Place the container in position and on 60 minutes, temperature and speed varoma 1 (if we do it in individual custard cups, time is 40 minutes). 6 .- When time runs out, let cool, then gets to the refrigerator for 4 hours. 7 .- Desmóldalo, and decorate as desired, with whipped cream, candied almonds, ...
